This guide walks you through submitting a capital application on the Genius Capital Group platform, from eligibility check to funding disbursement.
Submitting incomplete or inaccurate information may delay or disqualify your application. Review all entries carefully before submitting.
You can save a draft application and return to it within 30 days. Your progress is preserved automatically as you move through each step.

Check eligibility

From your dashboard, click Apply for Capital. The eligibility checker will ask about your business revenue, time in business, and intended use of funds. Results are instant.

Select a product

Choose from Term Loan, Line of Credit, or Revenue-Based Financing. Each option shows estimated amounts and repayment terms so you can compare before proceeding.

Complete the application

Fill in your business details: legal entity name, EIN, business address, and ownership structure. For amounts over $500,000, you’ll also need to provide financial statements.

Upload documents

Required documents include:
  • Last 3 months of bank statements
  • Most recent business tax return
  • A valid government-issued ID for each owner with more than 20% stake

Review and submit

Review your application summary, agree to the terms, and click Submit. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your application ID.

Track your application

Monitor your application status in the My Applications section of your portal. Typical decisions take 2–5 business days.

Receive funding

Upon approval, review and sign your loan agreement electronically. Funds are typically disbursed within 1–2 business days of signing.
