Schedule a quarterly check-in with your advisor to review progress toward your financial goals and ensure your strategy stays aligned with any changes in your situation.

Contacting your advisor

You can message your advisor directly through the portal’s Messages tab. Response times are typically within 1 business day. For urgent matters, use the phone number listed on your advisor’s profile page.

Scheduling a meeting

From your advisor’s profile page, click Schedule a Meeting to view available time slots and book a video or phone call. Calendar invites are sent automatically to your registered email address.

Sharing documents

You can securely upload and share documents with your advisor from the Documents tab. Accepted file formats are:
  • PDF
  • XLSX
  • CSV
  • JPG
  • PNG
Each file must be 25 MB or smaller.

Reviewing advisor recommendations

When your advisor makes a recommendation — such as a portfolio rebalance or a new capital product — you’ll receive a notification in the portal. Navigate to the Recommendations section to review the details and either approve or decline. Your advisor can answer any questions about a recommendation through the Messages tab before you take action.

Changing your advisor

If you’d like to be paired with a different advisor, contact client support through the Help section of the portal. Reassignment requests are typically fulfilled within 5 business days.
