You’ll need the following to submit a capital application:
  • 3 months of business bank statements
  • Your most recent business tax return
  • A government-issued ID for each owner holding more than 20% equity in the business
Most decisions are made within 2–5 business days of a complete application submission. Once you sign your loan agreement, funds are typically disbursed within 1–2 business days.
Genius Capital Group charges an annual advisory fee based on your assets under management (AUM). Fee schedules vary by account type and size. Contact your advisor or the support team for your specific fee details.
Investment accounts are held at a registered custodian and protected by SIPC coverage up to $500,000. Genius Capital Group secures all data with bank-level 256-bit encryption and requires multi-factor authentication on every account.
Yes. You can hold multiple investment accounts — including individual, joint, IRA, and Roth IRA — as well as multiple capital products, all accessible under a single login.
Contact client support to initiate an account closure request. Any outstanding loan balances must be repaid in full before your account can be closed. Investment account assets will be liquidated or transferred according to your instructions.
Yes. The Genius Capital Group client portal is fully mobile-optimized and accessible from any modern browser on your phone or tablet. A dedicated mobile app is coming soon.
